1.2 Email Lists for Verification
When you use our bulk email verification or API services, you may upload or submit email addresses for verification. We process these email addresses solely for the purpose of performing the verification you requested. Important details about how we handle this data:
- Email lists uploaded for verification are processed in memory and stored temporarily for the duration of the verification job
- By default, uploaded email lists and verification results are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of job completion
- You may enable our zero retention option in your account settings, which deletes all uploaded data immediately after you download your results
- We do not use the email addresses you submit for any purpose other than performing the verification you requested
- We do not sell, share, or distribute the email addresses you submit to any third party
- We do not add submitted email addresses to any marketing list or database
1.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use our website and services:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or source
- API usage data including request timestamps, endpoints called, and response codes

1.4 Information from Single Email Verification
When you use our free single email verifier without an account, we collect only the email address submitted for verification and your IP address for rate-limiting purposes. We do not store the email addresses checked through the free tool beyond the duration of the verification request.
